Walk 12 of Glasgow’s best historic pubs on this Glasgow walking tour β from holding a replica of Celtic’s 1967 European Cup to a secret speakeasy hidden beneath a red-lit bar. πΊ
This Glasgow Scotland route takes you south of the River Clyde and up through the east of the city, past the Duke of Wellington statue (with its famous cone), through St. Enoch Square, and down Buchanan Street β the UK’s second busiest shopping thoroughfare. Along the way: Glasgow’s oldest pub (est. 1792), a former bank turned award-winning brewpub, a pub rebuilt after the 2013 Clutha helicopter tragedy, and a three-floor labyrinth named after a candle maker.
Joining me are Sarah and Scott from Girl Drinks Guinness as we tackle 12 pints across some of the most characterful pubs in Scotland.
