Hudson and Rye has stepped into the Dubai food scene very comfortably, with many calling it the home to the best sandwich in Dubai.
The house-made pastrami (75 AED) is easily the best I’ve had in the city and you can have it the proper New York way! Pastrami on soft rye with grainy mustard — simple, but so perfectly put together.
Or you can go Reuben (79 AED) – Pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing, all pressed together into toasted rye.
The Reuben is hands down my favourite sandwich in the world, so naturally, that’s my pick.
