Come take a walk with us along the beautiful shores of Papamoa Beach in Tauranga, New Zealand! 🇳🇿🌊
Sometimes the best travel experiences aren’t about checking off a long list of attractions. Sometimes it’s simply walking along a beautiful beach, listening to the waves roll onto the shore, feeling the sunshine, and enjoying the moment.
We spent four days exploring the Papamoa Beach area, and we absolutely loved it. Papamoa felt like a wonderful mix of Hawaii and Florida—beautiful beaches, sunshine, a relaxed atmosphere, and some genuinely beautiful people.
In this video, we’re simply taking a walk along Papamoa Beach on a beautiful New Zealand autumn day. You’ll hear the waves crashing along the shore as we enjoy the scenery and take in the peaceful beauty of this incredible beach. There weren’t many people in the water because it was fall in New Zealand, which made the beach feel even more peaceful.
We also brought along our Insta360 X5, and we’re really enjoying using it to capture our travels. It’s waterproof, incredibly versatile, and allows us to get some unique angles and perspectives that we couldn’t get with a traditional camera. You’ll see some of those shots throughout our walk as we capture the waves, the beach, and the two of us enjoying the day.
At the end of the video, we also share a few photos of the Airbnb where we stayed. It was a great little place at a great price, and everything inside was new. Unfortunately, I thought I was recording a walkthrough of the inside… only to discover afterward that I had forgotten to actually press the record button! 😂 So you’ll have to settle for a few photos of the outside.
But that’s travel. Sometimes everything goes perfectly, and sometimes you forget to hit record!
