In this video I begin at London King’s Cross before taking the LNER Azuma all the way to Newcastle. After my traditional drink in the Centurion, I catch the DFDS transfer bus to the Port of Tyne and board the beautiful Princess Seaways for the overnight sailing to IJmuiden in the Netherlands.
I’ll show you around the ship, take a look inside my double bed cabin, explore the onboard facilities and experience the overnight crossing to the Netherlands. I also take you along for the arrival into Europe before the coach transfer from IJmuiden into the heart of Amsterdam at Central Station.
