In this video talking about : The best way to train as you age
Training as you age isn’t about doing less—it’s about training smarter. 💪 As recovery becomes more important, your focus should shift toward strength, mobility, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and consistency.
Prioritize resistance training to preserve muscle and bone strength. Add regular cardio to support your heart and endurance, and include mobility and balance work to keep everyday movement strong and confident.
You don’t need to chase personal records every week. Instead, manage training volume, use appropriate loads, prioritize technique, and give your body enough time to recover. Some days should challenge you; others should help you recover.
The goal isn’t to prove how much you can lift—it’s to maintain the strength and capacity to live the life you want.
Train for longevity, not just performance. Your best workout is the one that helps you stay strong, capable, and active for years to come. 🏋️♂️
