I was going to call this a fireworks design, but with the white background it didn’t seem suitable since fireworks are normally at night =) So they’re just colorful bursts LOL.

►Step-by-step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply a base coat
-Use Ginessa as your base color
-Create “bursts” of color coming from the corners of your naisl with Delilah and Blue Year’s Eve
-Finish with a top coat!
