And remember, residents can also access the main Sunstone at Wellen Park amenity area via a beautiful nature trail and bridge that goes through the preserve. That amenity has a 2nd swimming pool, club house with fitness center, event lawn, playground as well as pickleball courts!
Sunstone Lakeside at Wellen Park offer larger homes by Mattamy Homes that include 3 car garages as well as being a gas community, which is a big draw over the Sunstone side which is electric and has smaller homes as well as paired villas too.
