📍This is Lamar Valley in Yellowstone National Park and this area in Wyoming is known as North America’s Serengeti!
The area has a HUGE amount of free range wildlife including many predators so you can witness some National Geographic worthy wildlife sightings 🤩 we are talking bears, wolves, & coyotes living alongside and hunting bison, pronghorn, and more.
🌅The BEST time to come and see wildlife is sunrise or sunset, this is when the animals are most active.
👀Make sure to bring binoculars to help spot wildlife further away from the road! Do not ever approach any wildlife to get a better view.
April-June are best to see newborn wildlife. Fall is best to see elk rut & hear them bugle. This area is also accessible in the winter and this time of year is such a unique time to visit the park!
