I tried the $48 Premium Set featuring bright kampachi with yuzu pepper, buttery salmon with avocado and crispy rice crackers, and sweet Hokkaido scallop topped with briny ikura. The melt-in-your-mouth bluefin toro was balanced with pickled radish, while the snow crab was light and sweet with cucumber and pops of tobiko.
Each temaki arrived individually to keep the seaweed perfectly crisp, creating the best mix of creamy, warm and crunchy textures. We finished with a silky matcha panna cotta-style dessert that was earthy, lightly sweet and refreshing. 🍣🍵#SushiTokoro #japanesefoodnyc #NYCSushi #nyceats #NYCFoodie
