Opened in the 1970’s by the same named family, it’s current owner Colm pays tribute to his late uncle John McNally with a picture of the man who was the first Irish boxer to win an Olympic medal when he was awarded a Silver at the 1952 Helsinki games.
The owner Colm was on his own pub crawl on this day and we bumped into him and his pals a few times on the route, proof that the local owners and staff are quite happy supporting each others pubs,
