Immerse yourself in the practices of Bheemashakti Yoga in the beautiful and tranquil setting of Kauai, Hawaii. It will be held on a Private Estate on the northwest coast of Kauai, in Princeville. Practice the pranayama and meditation techniques as wells as Dimensional Practices, that prepares the body deeply to advance to the second practice, Asana.
The Retreat is for all levels but intended to help deepen your practice at your own level. This Retreat is also a supplement for the future Bheemashakti Yoga Teacher Training coming in the Summer of 2015.
This is the 2nd Annual Kauai Retreat. The 1st retreat was so magical we couldn’t resist but to try and improve upon it. We really know that the energy of the students is the most important aspect of the experience.
We will meet for dinner on March 1st, 2015.
