In this aesthetic day-in-the-life vlog, I’m taking you through my favorite Manhattan routine, from a cozy apartment wake-up to brunch at one of NYC’s best seafood spots, boutique shopping in SoHo and Greenwich Village, a killer workout class, and ending the day with waterfront views and a rooftop sunset.
The Morning Starts at Home:
We begin in a bright, modern NYC apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and that perfect morning light streaming through beige roller blinds. There’s something so calming about waking up in the city with a view, white bedding, a woven bench at the foot of the bed, and that quiet moment before the day begins.
Brunch at Lure Fishbar:
First stop: Lure Fishbar. This upscale seafood restaurant in SoHo is a NYC institution. The interior is gorgeous warm wood tones, geometric ceiling beams, red velvet chairs, and that intimate downtown vibe. Whether you’re here for oysters, brunch, or just a glass of wine, Lure never disappoints. It’s the perfect way to ease into a busy NYC day.
Iced Matcha & SoHo Streets:
No NYC morning is complete without a good coffee run. Today it’s an iced matcha latte, sipped while walking the iconic streets of SoHo. The cast-iron buildings, the energy, the fashion there’s nowhere else like it.
Boutique Shopping in Greenwich Village & SoHo:
Next, we’re shopping at some of NYC’s most beloved boutiques:
• Loveshackfancy (Bleecker Street): This dreamy boutique is pure aesthetic goals. Think floral dresses, lace tops, and that romantic, vintage-inspired vibe. The storefront itself is Instagram-worthy with its red brick facade and hanging flowers.
• Stoney Clover Lane (SoHo): The colorful, nostalgic accessories brand that everyone’s obsessed with. Their SoHo store is always buzzing, and that vintage VW van parked out front? Iconic.
• SET Active: For all my fitness girlies, SET Active is a must-visit. Their minimal, chic activewear in the cutest color palettes navy, lavender, butter yellow is perfect for both workouts and errands. The quality is chef’s kiss.
• Sunday Mornings: Another gem we hit up, leaving with a signature green shopping bag. This store has that effortless, elevated basics vibe that NYC girls love.
Workout Class:
Mid-day sweat session at a boutique fitness studio. Think blue LED lights, dumbbells lined up, yoga mats ready, and that group energy that pushes you harder. Whether it’s Solidcore, Pure Barre, or a similar sculpt class, there’s nothing like a NYC workout to reset your energy.
A Sweet Treat at The Perry Club / MYKA:
Post-workout reward? Greek frozen yogurt from MYKA, enjoyed outside The Perry Club. That purple swirl with fresh blueberries? Absolutely worth it.
Hudson River Park Waterfront Walk:
One of my favorite parts of any NYC day is the waterfront. We head to Hudson River Park for a stroll along the promenade. The views of the Manhattan skyline, the Freedom Tower, and the Jersey City skyline across the water are unbeatable. People are picnicking on the grass, cyclists are flying by, and the golden hour light makes everything feel magical. The wooden boardwalk, the breeze off the water this is why I love New York.
Cafe Hopping:

Rooftop Sunset:
We end the day on a stunning rooftop terrace. The view of the Flatiron Building from above, the Chrysler Building peeking through the trees, comfortable gray lounge sofas, and potted greenery everywhere. It’s the perfect place to unwind, reflect on the day, and watch the city transition from afternoon to evening.
