The squid is so fresh it’s still changing color when it comes out of the water. Drop it into a bowl of hot noodles for just a minute, and you’ve got one of the sweetest, freshest seafood meals you could ever imagine.
But here’s the funny part… 😆
The squid ink turns our lips and teeth completely black! Everyone ends up laughing at each other because we all look hilarious. It might not be the prettiest meal, but it’s definitely one of the most unforgettable!
This is the kind of simple, authentic experience that many fishermen in Vietnam enjoy after a successful night at sea. No fancy restaurant, no expensive ingredients—just fresh seafood, hot noodles, the sound of the waves, and good company.
