Join me for an amazing day in the Hamptons! This was my first time visiting and I have to say, I am in love with this beautiful place. We took a two-hour drive from New York City and luckily, we didn’t hit any traffic. Our first stop was lunch at Cowfish, a stunning restaurant located right on the water in Hampton Bays. The crab cakes and Atlantic cod were delicious and the weather was perfect. After checking into our residence, we headed to Cooper’s Beach in SouthHampton, which is considered one of the top 10 beaches in the USA, thanks to its 18-mile stretch of soft white sand. We had the whole beach to ourselves since the crowds don’t start until Memorial Day. We ended our day with a delightful dinner at Bamboo, an Asian fusion restaurant, and my absolute favorite was the lobster wasabi roll
