I eat at and review Cordelia, which is located on East 4th Street in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Cordelia was established in 2022 and has become one of Cleveland’s most popular restaurants. Led by James Beard Finalist Chef Vinnie Cimino, Cordelia serves seasonal, elevated, American fare, which they call “Modern Grandma.” I was at Cordelia specifically for their tasting menu which the restaurant labels as the “Bellie Up.” It goes for $90 and consists of 10 courses. Cordelia’s tasting menu was by far the most filling tasting menu that I’ve ever had.
