• Budget for upgrades and after-closing expenses. Window coverings, appliances, landscaping and other finishing touches can add up quickly.
• Get independent inspections. New doesn’t automatically mean perfect. We recommend multiple inspection stages whenever possible.
• Bring your Realtor from the beginning. Many builders require your agent to be registered with you on your first visit.
