Welcome to Paradise Lost—Manhattan’s wildly unique, punk-rock-meets-tiki paradise! In this review, we’re taking you straight into the abyss to check out one of the coolest and most innovative themed bars in New York City.
Located in the East Village, Paradise Lost crafts a dark, immersive vibe that mixes tropical escape with DIY punk rock energy. We dive deep into their menu of craft cocktails, starting with the best Saturn we’ve ever had (made with three types of gin!), a refreshing Chartreuse Swizzle, their heavy-cream cantaloupe Pearl Diver twist (“Sunrise Over the River Styx”), and the ultra-light clarified Piña Colada (“Beelz Road Soda”).
Plus, we test out the food menu to see if it matches the hype, featuring their crispy Fried Jerk Chicken Sando with housemade tamarind ranch and Voodoo chips, alongside delicious chicken dumplings!
Whether you’re a tiki fanatic, planning a night out in NYC, or looking for the best hidden gems in Manhattan, here is our full review of Paradise Lost!
