The Bobbed Bandit on Rogers Avenue in Brooklyn is the kind of neighborhood spot that becomes your go-to from the very first visit, uour very own “How I Met Your Mother” Bar — great cocktails, food that delivers on every level, and cozy energy that makes you feel at home.
We tried four cocktails — The Robbie, Flatbush Le Dron, Rum Stick-Up, and Usual Suspects. Every single one was balanced, flavorful, and really well crafted.
For food — the five cheese mac and cheese with a golden baked crust is one of the best we’ve had at any Brooklyn restaurant. The Bobbed Bandit burger — double patty, kaiser roll, garlic aioli, seasoned fries — is honestly one of the best cheeseburgers in all of New York City. Must order.
And the beer-battered fish and chips with snap pea remoulade? Extra crispy, perfectly flaky, and another must.
