Today am getting a chance to visit a yoga school in tapovan Rishikesh MAA SHAKTI YOG . I am sharing my experience and the information about the activities . Maa shakti yog school is one of the best yoga school in Rishikesh and conduct teacher training course TTC of 200 hours, 300 hours, 500 hours, drop in classes , etc.
School Activities includes- Asana (hath yoga , iyenger yoga, yin yoga , ashtanga yoga) , shatkarma , alignment and functional anatomy, philoshphy, teaching methodology, pranayama and meditation
Outdoor activities – Morning Ganga beach meditation , full moon yoga sessions , a trip to vashisth cave , a trip to kunjapuri temple , Ganga arti outing.
