Departing from Fort Bragg, CA, the @skunktrain offers visitors several dog friendly train ride options through the majestic California Redwoods – including an evening ride this secret bar, the Glen Blair Bar, accessible only by the Skunk Train! Trains depart the station for the Glen Blair Bar at 6:30pm, 7:30 pm or 8:30pm and you stay at the bar until the last return train departs at 10:30 pm or hop on any hourly departure train prior. The Glen Blair Bar experience runs seasonally on Friday and Saturday nights and tickets are $49.95 per person and $10.95 per dog.
Once on board the train to can choose from indoor seating, or a super cool outdoor deck to take in all the scenery around you and you can also purchase food and beverages (including signature Skunk Beer) from the concession car!
They also have a Christmas Train running though the holiday to see the worlds largest living Christmas Tree complete with Christmas decor, Santa, elves, games and music! We haven’t done this ride yet but we plan to if we are back in the area before Christmas!
