After finding a quieter way to get to the park using the East Depot at Oak Manor, I arrive at EPCOT and head straight for Spaceship Earth. Along the way, I share tips about Cast Compliments, hidden Mickeys and some of the little details inside this classic EPCOT attraction.
Next up is Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, including a tip on why I like to use Lightning Lane earlier in the day, followed by Test Track. I also share some Walt Disney World tips for visiting during the summer, including how afternoon storms can affect popular attractions and Lightning Lane queues.
I then head into World Showcase, starting with the Mexico Pavilion and Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros before exploring China, including the whispering gallery, Reflections of China and the House of Good Fortune. There are also plenty of EPCOT details and Disney facts along the way, including the story behind the African Outpost and some of the changes currently taking place around the park since D23 2026.
After securing a Lightning Lane for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, I stop at Tangerine Café in the Morocco Pavilion for a plant-based falafel wrap before heading to France and then Japan. I also share some solo traveller tips for dining at EPCOT and take a look around Mitsukoshi.
The day takes an unexpected turn during lunch, so I take some time to myself before continuing around EPCOT. I then visit The Land Pavilion for Living with the Land and head to Soarin’ Across America, sharing my thoughts on the new attraction experience.
Before heading back to my Walt Disney World resort, I revisit Journey Into Imagination with Figment, with the attraction set to receive a refurbishment and the return of Dreamfinder having been announced at D23 Expo. I also take a look at some of the refurbishment work taking place around EPCOT before treating myself to a Minnie Van back to the resort.
It’s a very hot day, packed with EPCOT attractions, World Showcase exploration, Disney tips, hidden details, food stops and plenty of magic.
