Madison County New York is an area known for it’s agriculture and has a long history of Hops. Before prohibition 80% of the nations hops came from the state of New York, most, from Madison County.
The area has preserved it’s history and gone back to it’s roots with a resurgence of farm to glass breweries. There is a lot of pride in this area for it’s food and drink and let me just tell you, it shows in the flavors!
