After spending the last couple of years exploring Cornwall, we’ve discovered some beaches where the turquoise water genuinely made us wonder how we were still in England.
So for this adventure, we’re going back through some of our favourite discoveries to reveal our Top 3 turquoise-water beaches in Cornwall.
🏖️ Kynance Cove — one of Cornwall’s most famous beaches, with incredible rock formations and crystal-clear water.
🌊 Porthcurno — white sand, turquoise sea and one of the most spectacular coastal settings we’ve found.
💎 Pedn Vounder — our NUMBER ONE! Hidden beneath the cliffs, this place can look more like the Mediterranean than Cornwall when the conditions are right.
But there’s a BONUS beach…
On our recent return to the Lizard Peninsula, we discovered Housel Bay — and we couldn’t believe how beautiful and quiet it was. We even found a hidden rock arch and natural plunge pool while exploring around the cove.
