For 12 years, he hid behind the party mask.
What looked like fun from the outside was slowly destroying him from within.

For more than a decade, alcohol shaped almost every decision Jonny made. Weekend binges became blackouts, anxiety, regret, and repeated promises that things would change. Each time he tried to stop, he’d make it 30 days, celebrate, and find himself right back where he started.

The turning point wasn’t one dramatic moment. It came from finally asking a different question: “What kind of life do I actually want to build?” From rehab and running to rebuilding his identity, Jonny stopped focusing on what he was giving up and started focusing on who he wanted to become.

Today he’s sober, engaged, running marathons, helping others through Dry Culture, and showing people that change is possible long before rock bottom arrives.
