One of the questions we get asked most is: When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?
☀️ NOVEMBER–APRIL
This is Cabo’s busy season. Choose this window if mild daytime temperatures, whale watching & a winter escape are priorities.
🌴 MAY–JULY & OCTOBER
One of our personal favorite times to be here. The days are warmer, we love the pool & beach weather, and June has always been especially good to us — it’s when we got married in Cabo.
🌧️ AUGUST–SEPTEMBER
This is when we’re much more selective. It’s hotter, more humid & falls within the most active portion of the Eastern Pacific tropical cyclone season.
That doesn’t mean you can’t visit — especially because luxury resort rates can be some of the best of the year. But we recommend booking flexible or refundable hotel rates & considering Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance.
There really isn’t one universally perfect month to visit — but with approximately 350 days of sunshine each year, there’s a reason Los Cabos is one of our favorite destinations. ☀️
