Cocoron on Delancey is a tiny Japanese soba shop — fourteen seats, noodles made by hand, cash only. I got the spicy cucumber, the Mera Mera dip soba, and the chicken meatballs steamed in mochi rice.
The Mera Mera might be the best dish I’ve had all year.
