Is Gray’s Papaya actually one of the best hot dogs in NYC? 🌭
I had to find out for myself.
Gray’s Papaya has been a New York institution since 1973, serving up simple grilled hot dogs and those famous tropical drinks on the Upper West Side.
And yes… I had to try the papaya drink with the hot dog. 😂
But here’s the real question:
Does Gray’s Papaya live up to the hype?
My verdict: it’s simple, fast, inexpensive, and feels like a little piece of old-school New York.
