Comedian Alex Stein reacts to a Portland tattoo artist offering discounted neck tattoos to celebrate the anniversary of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
“It makes me really upset,” Mr Stein told News24 host Rita Panahi.
“Charlie wanted to speak to people with a different point of view.
“He would laugh at these people.
“I know that he would not get triggered by these people.”
