At Sip & Guzzle, New Yorkers will discover a sister property to the Tokyo original, SG Club. Like the flagship, the Greenwich Village destination touts two complimentary concepts spread over two floors.
Upstairs, Steve Schneider helms Guzzle, a lively bar room. Guests fill the wood-accented space to quaff Japanese beers, perfect highballs and ‘crushable’ cocktails.
Downstairs, Shingo Gokan leads a more formal programme at Sip. The traditional Japanese room offers a sophisticated vibe and the cocktails follow suit.
