The one word is NOVELTY.
Most restaurants try to be something they’re not to attract every crowd
Indian cuisine with an american fusion
The same “butter paneer” and breads with 1 to 10 spicy level
It’s boring,
It’s mundane!
Bungalow by Vikas Khanna is unapologetically indian.
They don’t try to americanise anything.
Built by indians, for indians,
and it feels like you’re at a friend’s home.
Each dish i ordered was unique, had a new flavour
In how it looks and tastes.
It goes back to the quote by Peter Thiel

Vikas started Bungalow as a tribute to his late sister Radhika and I loved the interiors of the whole space.💯
