When I decided to do a 4 week long yoga teacher training in a small remote island in Thailand I really had no expectations.
All I knew is I would become yoga certified after this 4 week long program. I really had no desires to become a yoga teacher but I had heard from my therapist that YTT programs were much more than about yoga. She had explained these programs are LIFE CHANGING and im so glad I listened.
I had no idea the amazing connections, knowledge, and hope I would be leaving with after 4 amazing weeks. I am leaving this program with hope. Hope for my future and hope for healing.
