At New York City’s sprawling Spanish food hall Mercado Little Spain, chef José Andrés and culinary director Nico López celebrate the diverse culinary traditions of Spain through multiple restaurant concepts, bars, and kiosks under one roof. The Market features everything from a steakhouse serving dry-aged rib-eye and traditional suckling lamb (the only place in NYC you can get this dish), to a lively tapas bar offering classics like gazpacho, croquetas de pollo, braised ibérico pork cheeks, and more. Mercado Little Spain is also home to 10 kiosks dedicated to Spanish food culture, where guests can enjoy specialties ranging from freshly sliced jamón, churros, and other beloved snacks.
