Hi Everyone, Hungry Curator here at Oakland United Beerworks in Jack London Square. This neighborhood bar boasts delicious beers on tap– all made in-house, along with a nice selection of small bites, wines and ciders.
The taproom spans two floors and there’s some tables with fire pits outside. We opted for flights to maximize our variety of tastes, and we really enjoyed chatting with the owner as he explained each one in detail, from flavor profiles, to how they name their beer after local history and culture.
For food we got the Texas Style Chili that definitely had a kick to it, Bison Meatballs, Pizza Mac and Cheese and the Habanero Burger. Everything was so delicious and filling, and the beer was so good we had to take some home!
And P.S Oakland United Beerworks is dog friendly, so feel free to bring your best friends!
