This is everything that I ate at the Original Carbone in New York City.
And you will not believe the prices.
Now, we started off with the table side Caesar Salad ($21), this is such a fun presentation and our server really did an amazing job serving this up – 9.5/10.
Now, of course, you’ve got to get the Free Bread, Fresh Parmesan and Salami. This comes out Free every single time you sit down and that’s why I give it a 10/10 because, well, it’s complimentary.
And of course, though, you’ve got to go to Carbone and get the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni ($34). This is a double portion and it was so rich and creamy. We loved this dish – 15/10.
Now, of course, you also have to have Mario’s Meatballs ($21). These are so moist and tender and I absolutely love the Marinara sauce with these. Also a 15/10.
And of course, for dessert, the Chocolate Cake ($25). This is one of our favorite chocolate cakes. We loved the hazelnut one, but this raspberry one in season was also very good – 10/10.
