這趟行程的重頭戲是前往佛山高明，參加相識20多年的舊同學聚會！我們這群步入中年的70/80後，聚在一起到底會聊些什麼？廣東富老闆們聚會真的從來不開豪車炫富？為了一句「身體健康」，大家連飯都不敢多食？席間還吃到了極致驚喜的農莊「一魚三吃」，魚肉竟然是爽脆的！🐟

高明區，隸屬廣東省佛山市，位於廣東省中部、珠江三角洲西翼，是珠江與西江交匯的重要節點。全區總面積約1025.29平方公里，常住人口約51.7萬人，下轄荷城街道、楊和鎮、明城鎮、更合鎮。區人民政府駐荷城街道。「高明」之名源自漢元鼎六年（公元前111年）設兵寨於山南水北的高而明亮之地。高明歷史悠久，是廣東知名僑鄉，有旅居港澳及海外僑胞逾十萬人。地形以丘陵為主，地勢西南高、東北低，西江從東北邊境流過。經濟實力雄厚，是全國綜合實力百強區，2025年前三季度地區生產總值達701.57億元。產業方面，正依託航空資源大力發展臨空經濟，聚焦航空修造、臨空物流、高端製造等領域，並推動裝備製造、智能家居等傳統產業轉型升級。高明生態資源優越，坐擁「六山一水三分田」，是「最美中國·生態旅遊目的地」及國家生態文明建設示範區。文旅方面，正打造「活力西江、紅色明城、生態皂幕、康養香山」四大經濟帶，著名景點包括皂幕山、美的鷺湖森林度假區等。

Gaoming District is an urban district under the jurisdiction of Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It is situated in the central part of Guangdong, on the western wing of the Pearl River Delta, serving as a crucial junction where the Pearl River and the Xijiang River converge. The district covers an area of approximately 1,025.29 square kilometers and has a permanent population of about 517,000. It administers one subdistrict (Hecheng) and three towns, with the district government located in Hecheng Subdistrict. The name “Gaoming” originates from a military stockade established in 111 BC, situated on a bright and elevated land between the mountains and the river. With a long history, Gaoming is a renowned hometown of overseas Chinese, with over 100,000 residents living in Hong Kong, Macau, and abroad. The terrain is predominantly hilly, sloping from the southwest down to the northeast, with the Xijiang River flowing along its northeastern border. As one of the National Top 100 Districts in terms of comprehensive strength, Gaoming’s GDP reached 70.157 billion yuan in the first three quarters of 2025. The district is actively developing its airport economy, focusing on aviation maintenance, logistics, and high-end manufacturing, while also upgrading traditional industries like equipment manufacturing and smart home appliances.

廣州草暖公園位於越秀區環市西路廣州火車站旁，佔地約1.34萬平方米，是廣州首座西式園林。公園建於1985年，名稱取自唐代詩人李賀「草暖雲昏萬里春」之詩句，園名由時任廣州市長歐初題寫。公園於1987年春季建成開放，設計上首次採用西式造園手法，以全開敞式鐵通花圍欄將花園風貌融入城市。園內以逾8000平方米的大片草地為底色，點綴花叢林木與小徑，主要建築包括音樂噴泉、附設舞池的咖啡廳、會議室及花架休息平台等。其中音樂噴泉寬達100平方米，是廣州市首座大型現代化聲光電子音樂噴泉。公園曾獲1989年建設部優秀工程設計三等獎，並於2024年入選廣州市第一批永久保護綠地名錄。公園曾因配合地鐵五號線及十一號線建設而數度圍蔽，目前因地鐵施工場地被佔用，待工程完成後將在原址復建。

Caonuan Park is located beside Guangzhou Railway Station on Huanshi West Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. Covering an area of approximately 13,400 square meters, it is Guangzhou’s first Western-style garden. The park was established in 1985 and its name derives from the Tang Dynasty poet Li He’s verse “Grass warm, clouds dim, ten thousand miles of spring”. The park’s name was inscribed by Ou Chu, then Mayor of Guangzhou. Officially opened in the spring of 1987, it was the first urban garden in post-1949 China to adopt Western landscaping techniques, featuring open-work cast iron railings that integrate the garden landscape into the city. The garden is anchored by over 8,000 square meters of lawn, interspersed with flowers, trees, and pathways. Its main structures include a musical fountain, a café with a dance floor, meeting rooms, and pergola rest platforms.
