🏔️ **Aura of Alaska – Chapter 2 | Final Episode**
After an unforgettable journey through Alaska, we have finally reached the **summer finale of Aura of Alaska – Chapter 2**. ❤️
In this episode, we begin with a completely different Alaska experience — trying our hand at **gold mining** and discovering a little more about the history behind Alaska’s famous gold rush era. ⛏️✨
From there, we visit the **Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center**, where we get a closer look at some of Alaska’s incredible wildlife and learn how these animals are cared for and protected.
As the journey continues, we drive through the beautiful **Portage Glacier region**, surrounded by turquoise glacial waters, snow-covered mountains, green valleys and some of the most peaceful scenery we experienced during this entire trip. 🏔️💙
And eventually, it is time for one final look at Alaska before beginning our journey back home.
From gold mines and wildlife to glaciers, mountain roads and Alaska’s seemingly endless summer daylight, this final episode brings together several beautiful memories before we finally board our **midnight flight back to San Antonio**. ✈️
This Alaska journey gave us so many completely different experiences — glaciers, scenic trains, cruises, mountain towns, wildlife, unusual natural phenomena and countless unforgettable landscapes.
Sometimes the best journeys don’t really end when the flight takes off… the places, people and moments stay with us long after we return home. ❤️
