I eat at and review Red Hook Tavern in Red Hook Brooklyn of New York City. I was at the restaurant specifically to try their famous burger which often gets listed as not only one of the best in NYC, but also America, and the world. The restaurant comes from Chef Billy Durney who made a name for himself with his bbq restaurant, Hometown Bar-B-Que. Unfortunately, I had issues with my burger and the restaurant in general.
