Encourage Retreats is a retreat centre located in the forests of Graubunden, Switzerland. We offer a variety of different holiday experiences rooted in learning, movement, meditation and massage.
Each week welcomes a new teacher, who offers alternative ways into relaxation, reflection and movement, while maintaining the Encourage values of overall health and balance.
