Opened to the public in 2014, this modern private museum is houses in a series of medieval cellars that day to between the 13th and 15th centuries.
Focusing on Czech brewing traditions, particularly the development of bottom-fermented lager during the 19th century, which transformed beer globally by making production easier to scale, created the first cold pilsner and unlocked the lager boom.
